My Yoga Journey

When I was in my teens I struggled with anxiety and through this struggle found yoga. My love for yoga was on and off until I was about 23, than it clicked. Yoga gave me strength, a sense of confidence and a place of calm in stressful times. In 2004 I began studying yoga with the intention to help and inspire others. I have studied with many teachers over the years (Sean Corn, Sari Nisker, and Tracy Soghrati to name a few). I believe strongly that yoga is a journey not a destination and my education is ongoing. I am certified to teach vinyasa, yin, prenatal and kids yoga.
