$100/hour — These classes focus on the individual needs of the client. Whether it be a special occasion class, a regular practice or a class to help a student with a specific area of focus.
$16/class or $140/ 10 classes— These class are located in Karen’s home studio. They are small group classes that incorporate vinyasa, yin and philosophy as a way to practice self study and strengthen our bodies and mind.
$100/hour — In the past these have looked like weekly classes at your office, workshops on mindfulness with teens, trauma awareness, mental health, yogic philosophy, yoga and essential oils and much more. Email Karen if you have a workshop or corporate event you would like to run.
$100/hour — We all have a relationship with food, whether it be a picky eater, yo-yo dieting, or just confusion on what to put on your plate. Karen coaches you on your own personal goals and helps you see heal your relationship with food. These sessions include a hour meeting as well as a plan that is emailed.
$100/hour or $50 per weekly meal plan — Karen has worked with families to design functioning kitchen, cleaned out pantries, taught how to read labels and so much more. Her work with meal planning has help many organize their weekly grocery shop as well as given families tools to take the work out of the tireless question “What’s for dinner?” These sessions include a hour meeting as well as a plan that is emailed.
$100/hour — From kids cooking classes, to mindful eating, healthy lunch corporate workshops to meal planning gatherings. Karen has provided workshops with through nutrition at schools and many companies. Email Karen to create your next event!
