Moving our with yoga can body develops strength, flexibility, present moment awareness, and so much more. Many know this practice helped save Karen’s life. Karen’s core teaching philosophy is

  • create a safe space that is inclusive

  • allow students to learn how to be safe within their own bodies and move within their own personal boundaries

  • space to breath and feel

  • mentor and teach trauma awareness, mental health awareness and tools
