About Karen

Karen Gnat has over 25 years’ experience working in the health and wellness industry. She has been working with the connection of mind and body since her late teens. She is a certified yoga teacher for adults, teens, kids and prenatal. She is trained in trauma awareness and mindfulness. Karen is a vitamin expert as well as a nutritionist. Over the years she has run corporate cooking events, taught thousands of yoga classes, and helped individuals and families set achievable goals. Most recently, Karen’s career has shifted to psychotherapy, building a private practice and working at the Ontario College of Psychotherapy and Counselling as a teaching assistant and running their referral board for student and graduate therapists.
